By commissioning me, you have agreed to my Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

I reserve the right to decline any orders for any reason.

I reserve the right to post my work on my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes.

DO NOT edit, redistribute, or resell the commissioned work without my permission.

DO NOT use the commissioned work for any blockchain-related technology (including NFTs), AI training, or other similar purposes.

I do not provide source files (.cmo3), as they contain proprietary rigging data.

[Ex-clients] I’m happy to make updates or adjustments to previous models. Please let me know beforehand.

Waitlist & Deposit: A non-refundable 15% security deposit is required to secure your spot. Slots are scheduled based on the deposit time or project deadlines. Slots will only be held for 3 days if no deposit is made.

Updates: I will send you a watermarked demo or progress video at key stages to keep you updated. Feel free to request revisions during each stage. If you request changes after a stage has been finalized, an additional revision fee will apply.

Example: You may request unlimited changes to the eye rig while it’s in progress. Once I’ve started working on other parts (e.g., mouth, body), going back to the eye rig will incur a revision fee.

Late Responses: Responses delayed over 3 days will extend the deadline and may move your project to the end of the queue. If no response is received within that month, the project will be cancelled without a refund.

Inspection Period: You have 7 days after receiving the final files to download and request adjustments. During this window, all adjustments are free of charge. After this, the project is marked as Completed. Project source files will be deleted after that and I will be unable to provide any future updates or revisions!

File Storage Fee ($30): This fee secures the storage of your project source files (.cmo3) for a period of 2 years from the completion date.

Renewal: After the 2-year period, a Renewal Fee is required if you wish to extend the storage. If not renewed, source files will be permanently deleted.

Maintenance Service: Future updates or adjustments are only available for models with an active storage plan and will incur additional labor fees.

Please note that my Animation service operates on a Skeb-like / "Surprise Me" basis. I will animate based on your initial brief and my creative vision.

I will provide a final watermarked demo directly for your inspection.

Limited Revisions: Only minor bug fixes or technical errors are free of charge. Significant changes to the animation are not included.

Late Response Policy: Responses delayed over 3 days will extend the project deadline and may move your project to the end of the queue. If no response is received within that month, the project will be cancelled without a refund of the deposit.

Inspection Period: You have 7 days after receiving the final files to download and request adjustments. During this window, all adjustments are free of charge. After this, the project is marked as Completed.

Any adjustment requests after the 7-day period will incur additional fees.

Project source files (.cmo3 & .aep) will be deleted after 1 month. Once deleted, the animation cannot be further edited or updated.

All commission prices include a license for Personal Use and Monetized Content. You are free to use the model for livestreaming (Twitch, YouTube, etc.), creating video content, and social media posts that generate revenue through ads or donations.

Please note that the base prices DO NOT include Commercial Merchandising rights. You may not use the commissioned artwork/model to create and sell physical or digital products for profit.

If you wish to acquire Merchandising Rights, an additional fee will be applied (usually +100% of the total project value or a separate agreement).

Privacy Option: By default, I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my social media and portfolio. If you would like to keep your commission private for a certain period, an additional privacy fee will apply.

+10% → 3 month private

+20% → 4-6 month private

+100% → Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) / Full Privacy

Please request this during the quote stage.

I retain the full copyright of the work. You may not claim the design or rigging as your own creation. Proper credit is required in your platform's bio or video descriptions.

Currency accepted: USD | VND. VND pricing is reserved exclusively for domestic clients in Vietnam.

Payment is via PayPal invoice. I will not start work until payment is received. A platform fee will be applied to the total order.

I accept weekly or monthly installment plans. However, the final files will only be delivered upon receipt of full payment.

Once the final product is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

If you cancel the commission after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional fees may apply based on how much progress has been made.

If I must cancel the commission due to personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.
