✦ I reserve the right to post my work on my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes.
➤ If you’d like to keep your commission private, please let me know in advance.
✦ You must credit me whenever you use the commissioned work.

✦ DO NOT edit, redistribute, or resell the commissioned work without my permission.
✦ DO NOT use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology, AI training, or similar purposes.

✦ I do not provide source files (.cmo3), as they contain proprietary rigging data.
✦ [Ex-clients] I’m happy to make updates or adjustments to previous models. Please let me know beforehand.
➤ Note: A file storage/reopening fee will apply.

✦ Returning clients are not required to place a deposit to reserve a slot.
✦ First-time clients are required to place a deposit of at least 30% to confirm their spot.
➤ Slots will only be held for 5 days if no deposit is made.

✦ Commercial Use:
➤ All prices include commercial usage rights for *streaming purposes (e.g., Twitch, YouTube).
➤ You do not need to pay any extra fee if the model is used for streaming.

✦ Privacy Option:
➤ By default, I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my social media and portfolio.
➤ If you would like to keep your commission private (not posted publicly) for a certain period, an additional privacy fee will apply.

✦ +10% → 3 month private
✦ +20% → 4-6 month private
✦ +100% → NDA
➤ Please request this during the quote stage.

✦ If you're interested in working with me, feel free to contact me. I will respond within 3 days to begin further discussion.

✦ Once we’ve confirmed the price and commission details, a deposit of 25–50% is required to secure your slot and begin work.
➤ For first-time clients, the slot will only be held for 5 days without a deposit.

✦ I will send you a watermarked demo or progress video at key stages to keep you updated.
➤ Feel free to request revisions during each stage.
✦ If you request changes after a stage has been finalized, an additional revision fee will apply.

Example:
✔ You may request unlimited changes to the eye rig while it’s in progress.
✘ Once I’ve started working on other parts (e.g., mouth, body), going back to the eye rig will incur a revision fee.

✦ You have 1 week after delivery to download your files and request adjustments.
➤ After that, I will consider the commission complete and may delete the source files.

✦ Currency accepted: USD / VND
➤ VND prices apply to Vietnamese clients only.
✦ Payment is via PayPal invoice. I will not start work until payment is received.

✦ I accept monthly or weekly installment payments. The final product will only be delivered after full payment is completed.
✦ Once the final product is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
✦ All service prices include streaming usage rights.

✦ If you cancel the commission after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
➤ Additional fees may apply based on how much progress has been made.
✦ If I must cancel the commission due to personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.
